At Wajhi Legacy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every watch and pair of sunglasses before dispatch to ensure you receive a premium-quality product.

Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ You received the wrong item.
✅ You received a damaged product.
✅ You received a defective product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials must be included.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind purchases
- Incorrect orders placed by customers
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products showing signs of wear after use
- Sale or promotional items
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Include your order number.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Replacement Policy
If a product qualifies for replacement:
- A replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
- If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Quality Assurance
Every product sold by Wajhi Legacy undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.
